The Associate of Arts in Nursing (ADN) program at North-West College-San Diego, through the Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing, offers a comprehensive educational pathway for aspiring Registered Nurses. This program is designed to empower graduates to value scholarship, leadership, and lifelong learning within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ADN program is an all-inclusive, year-round curriculum, completed over six 16-week semesters in approximately 24 months, enabling graduates to enter the workforce sooner than those in traditional programs. Students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to function effectively in diverse healthcare settings through classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory experiences, and clinical training.
